1 Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and viphp ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available at viphp.org and any associated mobile or browser-based applications operated under the viphp brand.
By creating an account on viphp, accessing any part of the platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity offered by viphp, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use the viphp platform and must not create an account.
viphp operates as a real-money online gaming platform serving Filipino players across the Philippines, including players in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Bacolod, Cagayan de Oro, Iloilo, and other regions. All gaming activity on viphp is conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Payment methods accepted include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT.
2 Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
3 Eligibility & Age Requirement
To be eligible to create and use a viphp account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
- You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
- You are a resident of or accessing the platform from the Republic of the Philippines.
- You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a viphp employee or affiliated company.
- You do not have an existing viphp account that has been suspended, closed, or subject to self-exclusion.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
- You are not on any government gambling exclusion register or subject to a court order prohibiting gambling activity.
viphp reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any funds deposited by the underage player may be returned at viphp's discretion after deducting any administrative costs associated with the investigation.
4 Account Registration & KYC
Each individual may register only one (1) account on the viphp platform. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by the same name, address, mobile number, e-wallet account, bank account, device, IP address, or any combination thereof — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:
- Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID.
- Your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
- A valid Philippine mobile number registered in your name.
- A valid email address (recommended for account recovery purposes).
- A secure password of your choosing, meeting viphp's minimum complexity requirements.
KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal from viphp. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Passport, Driver's License, PRC ID, Voter's ID, or Postal ID. A selfie photograph holding the submitted document is also required. KYC review is typically completed within 1–24 hours of submission.
viphp reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for the purpose of verifying your identity, age, source of funds, or compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.
5 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your viphp account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
- viphp will never ask for your password via live chat, email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purportedly from viphp should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
- You should enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP on your viphp account. This is strongly recommended, particularly for accounts holding significant balances.
- You must notify viphp immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat.
- viphp accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
- Do not access your viphp account on shared, public, or untrusted devices or networks, including internet cafes.
6 Deposits & Payment Methods
All deposits to your viphp Player Wallet are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya transactions. viphp does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits; however, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their own terms.
Accepted deposit methods on viphp include:
- GCash — Instant crediting to Player Wallet, available 24/7. Minimum ₱100, maximum per transaction subject to GCash account limits.
- PayMaya (Maya) — Instant crediting, available 24/7. Subject to Maya account tier limits.
- BPI, BDO, Metrobank — Bank transfer processing during banking hours; same-day crediting for transfers made within cut-off times. Minimum ₱500.
- USDT (Tether) — Cryptocurrency deposits processed within 10–60 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation times. Converted to PHP equivalent at prevailing rate at time of crediting.
viphp reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits that appear unusual in size, frequency, or origin. You confirm that all funds deposited into your viphp account are from legitimate sources and that you are the beneficial owner of the payment account used. Depositing funds obtained from criminal activity or in breach of any applicable law constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
7 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests from your viphp Player Wallet may be submitted at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. Processing times for withdrawal requests are as follows:
- GCash / PayMaya: 5–30 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts.
- BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Same banking day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM PHT on business days; next banking day thereafter.
- USDT: Within 10–60 minutes subject to blockchain network conditions.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and PayMaya. The maximum single withdrawal amount and daily/weekly limits are set out in the cashier section of your viphp account and may vary by player tier or verification level.
Withdrawal requests may be delayed or held pending completion of the following conditions:
- KYC identity verification has not been completed on the account.
- Any active bonus or promotional offer has outstanding wagering requirements that have not been met.
- The withdrawal method differs from the deposit method used for the relevant funds, triggering an anti-money laundering review.
- The account is flagged for security review, including suspected unauthorized access or fraud investigation.
- Outstanding requests for supporting documentation have not been fulfilled within the notified timeframe.
viphp processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. viphp does not charge withdrawal processing fees, but your payment provider may apply charges independently.
8 Bonuses & Promotions
viphp offers various promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback awards, free spins, loyalty rewards, and tournament prize pools. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of this Agreement by reference.
The following general bonus terms apply to all viphp promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements at expiry are forfeited without compensation.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
- Only one bonus may be active per player at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
- viphp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.
- Bonuses are personal to the player and may not be transferred to another account or used in conjunction with a cash bonus on the same qualifying deposit.
- Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — may result in cancellation of the bonus and related winnings, and may constitute prohibited conduct under Section 10.
New player welcome bonuses on viphp are available only once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Players who create multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses will have all accounts suspended and all funds forfeited.
9 Gameplay Rules
All games available on the viphp platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers including JILI Technology, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Spade Gaming, and others. Each game operates according to the rules and return-to-player (RTP) parameters established by the respective provider. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface.
- RNG (random number generator) games use certified random number generation audited by independent testing laboratories. The outcome of each game round is independently determined and cannot be influenced by viphp staff or player action outside of the gameplay interface.
- Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical events — card dealing, wheel spinning, dice rolling — conducted in real time by human dealers in certified studio environments. Video stream delays do not affect the validity of the declared result.
- Sports betting markets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body or official competition authority. In the event of ambiguity, viphp reserves the right to settle markets according to its own reasonable determination based on available evidence.
- In the event of a game malfunction, technical fault, or disconnection that interrupts gameplay after a bet has been placed, viphp will attempt to settle the round based on recorded game state data. Where this is not possible, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player Wallet.
- Winnings are credited to your Player Wallet immediately upon settlement of the relevant game round or sporting event.
10 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the viphp platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one account or assisting another person to create a duplicate account.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using software tools, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game mechanics for financial gain. Players who discover exploitable errors must report them to viphp support immediately without exploiting them.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of multiplayer games or poker rooms.
- Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation related to sporting events offered in the viphp sportsbook.
- Money laundering, structuring of transactions, or depositing funds from illegal sources.
- Using another person's payment account, identity, or personal data to register or fund a viphp account.
- Facilitating access to the platform for persons under 21 years of age.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized reproduction of any viphp platform content or intellectual property.
11 Responsible Gaming
viphp is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Gambling on viphp is intended to be an enjoyable entertainment activity for adults aged 21 and above. It is not a source of income, a solution to financial difficulties, or an appropriate activity for persons experiencing problem gambling behaviors.
viphp provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible at any time from your account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Decreases to limits take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
- Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out and prompted to take a break.
- Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in to or access your viphp account.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the viphp platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the minimum specified period.

12 Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the viphp platform — including but not limited to the viphp brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, data compilations, and promotional materials — are owned by or licensed to viphp and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the viphp platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any viphp content or software.
Third-party game content available on viphp is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is governed by those providers' own licensing arrangements with viphp. Player feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to viphp may be used by viphp without obligation of compensation or attribution.
13 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, viphp's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their viphp account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
viphp shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
- Service interruptions, platform downtime, or game unavailability caused by third-party providers, payment processors, network outages, or force majeure events.
- Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to GCash, PayMaya, banking institutions, or the Philippine payment network infrastructure.
- Decisions made by a player while under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit viphp's liability for death or personal injury caused by viphp's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
14 Privacy & Data Protection
viphp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at viphp.org/privacy-policy. By creating a viphp account and accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected by viphp includes, but is not limited to: registration details, government ID information submitted for KYC, transaction history, gameplay data, device identifiers, IP addresses, and communications with the viphp support team. This data is used for account management, identity verification, anti-money laundering compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.
viphp does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for service delivery. 15 Amendments to These Terms
viphp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — particularly changes that affect player rights, bonus terms, withdrawal conditions, or responsible gaming obligations — viphp will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by posting a notice on the platform homepage or sending a notification to registered player accounts.
Your continued use of the viphp platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you may close your account and withdraw any available balance before the effective date of the changes.
The most current version of these Terms is always available at viphp.org/terms-conditions and supersedes all prior versions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates the version currently in force.
16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the viphp platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute between a player and viphp shall first be submitted to viphp's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team at [email protected] with a written description of the complaint. viphp will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in the Philippines in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved by arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
